The IA is an international library, and languages other than English are used in the world. Rather than see these (posts) as a threat to security, it is a library that some of the hundreds of thousands of USG analysts can peruse to detect suspect activity. By the way, I doubt the effectiveness of such an approach. I think that those who plan nefariously talk face to face, and everything is conducted solely in that manner.
The only real data collected is on everybody else, especially those who use telephones stateside to call outside the US-- and everyone else on the planet who has a cellphone or internet connection.

Alot of elegant verbiage; flowery, idealistic sentiments, but I still feel access to this "IA," as you put it, by people who unquestionably have terrorist ties, is a mistake. I wonder if the F.B.I. feels the same as you do?
